MAINTENANCE

Inspections, maintenance requests, condition assessments, and the servicing of equipment entered into the register. Jobs can be tracked, and inspections can be attached to the jobs for better tracking of management costs.

A SCHOOL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT MODULE

SCHOOLS

School Maintenance data for EURs, Planned Maintenance, Insurance etc. and associated costing is recorded and managed in FMWeb. Contractors, DOE staff and Property NSW APs can enter and process data into the system. FMWeb also supports Compliance Reporting and Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

ASSET REGISTRY MODULE

REGISTER

FMWeb's asset register contains modules to add and maintain many differing assets. Among the many data elements that can be registered into FMWeb are:

  • Property, Building and Room details
  • Equipment details, with servicing schedules
  • Expenses, such as gas, electricity, and water charges
REVIEW AND REPORT REAL ESTATE LEASES

REAL ESTATE

An existing Real Estate section of FMWeb allows users to review and report Real Estate leases for properties entered into the Asset Register. Users may enter a property that is being leased out, or a property that is being leased. A tenant and landlord register is included. Rent and Lease option details can be tracked and reported, as well as utility costs associated with the lease.

AD-HOC REPORTS AND DOWNLOADS

REPORTS

Many reports exist within FMWeb, including Ad-Hoc reports and quick reports to view the summary of a record within the system easily. Standard reports allow the user to download reports as a PDF file. Ad-Hoc reports are more customisable reports to quickly view and download (in CSV format) data within the system. Ad-hoc reports can also be saved and are customisable, including full filtering and sorting functionality.
